Well, its obvious the entire NFL will recognize that and he won't even be drafted.

Poor Nick.

I swear to god, if any of these nancy-boys had ever seen Ray Nitschke, Jack Lambert, Lawrence Taylor, Jake Scott, Ted Hendricks, Joe Greene, Jack Youngblood, Tommy Nobis, Deacon Jones, Carl Eller, Alex Karras, Bob Lilly, Alan Page, etc. etc. etc. play football back in their day, they'd have probably crapped their diapers or fainted at the sight of blood.

so telling recruits that the coaches bring their families on the field and on the team plane is a selling point? I just dont see how it is relevant to anything.

No the whole point is not telling the family thing to recruits its living it Funky. Its showing there is a family at AU and it is felt and seen by the recruits on their visits.

Not sure where you're wanting to go with this, but that's ok, I don't want to join your "family."

Was just curious why you quoted the section of my comments out that you did and the fact you referenced the dualing banjo. My assumption is you are into deliverance kind of creepy. The more you post the more sure I am you are. I would accept your decline of not joining the family, but you were never invited. Stay where you are redneck.

ok I was laughing at this whole thing but this is straight up bullshite unless you think iowa state or idaho state wherever the frick he came from is equal footing with Auburn. Face it no one else was offering a 5-19 coach at the time a good gig except Auburn. For the rest of you I have news the players dont give nearly as much of a crap about this rivalry as the fans do; they dont hate each other and dont argue about this bullshite in the offseason either. Auburn's family is a recruiting tactic just like Alabama has theirs and LSu has theirs.
