With a weekend sweep and a 27-5 win today.

20 singles in a game sets a team record and 27 total hits ties a school record

Didn't they only win 2-0 yesterday?

Is that record setting?

Would your coach bet on it?

That's gonna sting.

Also, I thank Bama for Luke Holman. He looks really good now that he's gotten away from their dogshit program.

We lost a guy that barely made the tournament. The horror.

Holman is a good prospect. He would have gotten 15 runs in support of his effort yesterday if he stayed in Tuscaloosa. Instead he got 2 in Baton Rouge.

And probably still lost the game somehow, knowing Bama. He looked rejuvenated yesterday despite the less than ideal conditions.

That's what finally playing for a real program will do for a guy.

I hope for the sake of many across Louisiana that LSU makes it to Omaha this year.

Why? It's not like we're Bama fans and murder innocent women and children when our team doesn't win.

LSU is there almost every year! DUH. Omaha is North Baton Rouge
Too bad Bama fans will never experience Omaha or a baseball championship nor a championship in anything!! Because…..

Alabama gave up 1 hit yesterday in the 15-0 victory.

One.

Which is about as many runs as Alabama will put up against Holman when he starts against them. Actually, I wouldn't even go that high.

I predict Holman will go 6 innings, 12K, 0ERA and an SEC Pitcher of the Week award against his old team. After all, you have to remember that he's being properly coached for the first time in his college career.

Cool.

I'll take my football team putting 40 plus on yours and my basketball team putting 108 plus on yours and be happy about it.

Deal?

Well after seeing some of these ugly comments, I have changed my mind. I don’t wish LSU success.

Enjoy while you can. You won't be seeing much of either after this basketball season is done. WIth Saban quitting and Oats ditching Tuscaloosa for a better job, it's gonna be rough sledding for Alabama after March of this year.

You have my condolences.
