I'm glad you asked me that question Cheese - it's something he's going to show me the next time I go up there. I would have never known to ask while he was still alive otherwise.
He said he's not sure which Governor signed it but he'll look and see when he gets home.

If it was Nunn then that is more rare as not many (R) ever hold that office in the state.
