I'm not comparing them for some breakdown on Alabama's game with LSU. I'm comparing them because you decided, as an Auburn fan, to talk shite about Alabama's kicking game, when Shelley has had a better season than Parkey.

Parkey has won awards for his kicking shelley hasn't. Bama fans run around talking shite to everyone about everything and cry when someone says something back. I don't care what Parkey's stats were. It is not what this thread is about. It is about the bama LSU game and Shelley is the one who matters.

FWIW, our guards are a bigger problem than Vlachos. The run blocking for our offensive line isn't anywhere near as good as it was in 2008 and 2009 because of our interior guard play. Warmack and Steen are huge drop-offs from the days of Caldwell, Mike Johnson, and Barrett Jones. Unlike previous years, our RBs have made the offensive line look good and not the other way around.

Alabama's offensive line isn't unbelievable on the 1st level. LSU's defensive line has dominated them the last two games against one another.
Alabama's offensive line is dangerous when they can get out in front and get to the 2nd level. However, you can't do that much when a team has as good of a defensive line as LSU has.

Keep crying like all the "big boy" bama fans do. Parkey didn't cost bama the game against LSU but bama fans always have to blame someone else. I guess it will be Steven Clarks fault when LSU beats bama this time.

Nope. Warmack is a good run-blocking LG. His feet get him in trouble on pass pro at times. Not sold on Steen, though. I'm hoping next year AK or one of the younger guys steps up.

Our kickers are usually pretty damned clutch..Dating back to Bama missing that fg vs arky in 07(forgot the dudes name) and LSU blocking bama's fg in 08 when they won, bama hasn't had very good kickers..
Ours have been good. Jasper was great last year and Alleman has been steady this year..Not to mention the Wing
