Those 6 are the only football programs to win SEC championships since 1964. It isn't just the modern era.

Tennessee hasn't won the SEC in 18 years. Mike Freakin DuBose has won the SEC since UT has.
edit: UGA won a title 11 years ago.

True, but they did win their bowl game today. The conference was taking a hit last night, but seems to have rebounded some today. That being said, I don't buy into the Big 6 nonsense, either.
