Meh, yall had a good team. What hurt yall perceptional(ly) was losing to USC so big the year before. But as we have seen with LSU and Bama in 2011 even a couple of months can make a big difference and you guys still should have had your shot in an ideal CF world. Now compare that to the idiots who think LSU should have played an Okie St team that lost to a terrible Iowa State team. When someone tries to make that argument then you know they are a CF-idiot.

My memory is beginning to fade a bit but if that was the team with Cadillac Williams and Brown I really enjoyed watching Auburn play those years. I just love strong running games and Campbell did a great job of running that offense.

Ideally I'd like to see a playoff between the top 8 or 10 ranked teams. The regular season would still be significant and exciting because if you lose one or two games you're easily out of it.
