Atlanta was wearing the same home red jerseys as Georgia. The 49ers were wearing the same away white jerseys as Alabama. The 49ers have even been called "The Alabama" of the NFL.
Aarron Murray has widely been criticized for never winning "the Big game" just like Matt Ryan.

I always get the feeling a lot of Auburn fans are Falcons fans. I don't really know many Alabama fans that are Falcons fans.

Sadly true but both teams had good seasons so it's hard to bitch. There's often a fine line between winning and losing big games and unfortunately the Dawgs, the Falcons and the Braves are usually on the wrong side of the line.
