It's like Ole Miss fans don't realize that game ended up being completely meaningless.

Alabama went on to win the SEC championship and finish #1 in the standings going into the playoffs, just as they would have if they had won the game and finished 13-0 instead of 12-1.

But yeah, good job on your once a decade win over Alabama. Ya'll sure made the most of it.

It meant something to them. Of course a win against 'Bama means almost everything to a program like Ole Miss.
