Don't make this about race. There are good, honorable, hardworking people of all races, and lazy and entitled people of all races.
But if he was one of the Mizzou students protesting that would make him "Lazy and entitled" right? Because that's all those kids are. How dare they complain about racism. Forget that they make the school they play for way more money than their degree is worth. They should just be thankful and shut their pie holes right?

Said it last week, speaks volumes to the guy's heart and character that he would - at such a young age - be self aware enough to see the kind of impact he could have while being selfless enough to do it.
Seems like a great kid and I genuinely wish him massive success in all but one more game of his entire career.

Class move by Fournette.
I still think it's ridiculous that he had to get permission from the NCAA before he could auction it off.

Well said. I must admit I'm not immune to cynicism in these matters. It seems no good deed goes un-publicized for many (not gonna name names here!). But this is clearly a cause close to him, clearly from the heart. That money (and inspiration behind it) hopefully goes a long way in getting some folks off their feet. Will also pull for him in ALMOST every one of the remaining games in his career.

Racism is a sin, despicable, and has no place in society. But there are going to be dickbags everywhere doing despicable things. There needs to be more evidence than one person yelling the n word and one poop swastika to convince me that they had the right approach to the problem. It certainly wasn't handled well in response at all.

Am I not going to get any credit for shelling out nearly a week's worth of salary on this?
Seriously, on behalf of everyone who has been affected by a terrible tragedy, thank you to Leonard, Coach Miles and Coach Spurrier for the great gesture, and to the winning and losing bidders for their intended and actual financial contributions.

Yes he is ... that was uncalled for.
FWIW based up the radio call in show here right now ... Fournette has about a million more fans as of today.
