Herschel has come back and talked to Knowshown, Gurley, and Chubb lately. Seems like you'd hope that this would be standard practice

Puts him in prestigous company with Jake Coker, Tee Martin, Andrew Zow, Rex Grossman, Blake Sims, Greg McElroy and Nick Marshall.

Damn, helluva ring of honor there boys. Peyton is lucky to even be included in such a prestigous gathering.

Several hours away from an NFL city in NE TN. What should a sports station carry on Sunday afternoon? The national game of the week that nobody really cares about in Ne TN or Peyton's Colts? God, you are dumb.

One of these is not like the other.

Dobbs, by all accounts, is a genius, he's an excellent running QB, and a really good guy.

Against a team with a pulse he tends to be a horrendous throwing QB. Now you can win with a QB that isn't a great thrower if you say frick it and commit to a full on spread/triple option attack and dare people to stop you. The right setup, the right offense, Dobbs can win big.

But Jones will outsmart himself and decide what he really needs to do in a close game is go full on Air Raid offense and I don't think Dobbs is the QB to pull that off.

Manning cannot do the things that Dobbs does. I do not think Dobbs can do the things that Manning does.

The Redskins were the squad in Upper NE TN back then brah. Then the Panthers and their shiny teal showed up and stole the Skins regular Sunday Fox slot.

Peyton Manning didn't do much of note at the college level. Never won a major bowl game, never won a national title, never won a Heisman, won only one conference title. He only has two Super Bowls, the second of which was won in spite of his terrible play. He set the record for most playoff losses. He isn't even the best quarterback of his era.
