In all seriousness, why does Texas get a pass for doing and saying little brother-like things?

Is this not a total little brother move on their part?

Lately there has been "news" every other week about either their AD or a coach saying something about A&M. When have you heard our coaches or AD comment on Texas in the last 6 months?

Go ahead Rant. Riddle us this.

For the record, there are no coaches at UT who were involved in the recruiting of JFF. It was Muschamp who wanted him at safety. But Johnny's character issues, which he apparently still possesses, were a negative with the coaching staff.

I'm sure it had something to do with Bridgewater's stock falling faster than Dolly Parton's rack.

Right but I'm wondering if the faithful will take a cue from all this. I know there is a lot of history (100+ years) that can't be swept away...but will ya'll focus in on the task at hand...the LSU's, Bama's, Auburn's, etc, etc. Seems Longhorns aren't putting Sooners front and center like they should. It's clear A&M have much bigger fish to fry now than UT.

"Character" issues.
Classic.
You mean attending major league games with his family?

It does seem pretty much one way now....which says a lot.

Seriously low hanging fruit for aTm. A Heisman winner that is not a pot head (that we know of),2 straight decent bowl game wins, the best media coverage in the nation for the better part of 2 seasons. I have to give it to aTm, taking the high road is rustling some serious tea bags. This is to

Case McCoy should not have been recruited even if his character was of the highest order.

Wait, do some UT fans honestly think Mack backed off because of "character issues"?

I think the difference between us and you is that we, as A&M fans, get pissed when our admin makes excuses for losing (See:Fran and Sherman)...UT fans, on the other hand, would rather buy the spin than be pissed that their coaches are f'cking awful talent evaluaters when it comes to whiffing on QBs.

No, those character issues like living every male college student's dream. Such a bad person, Johnny.

I envision JFF as a more athletic Russell Wilson...which would be fine for any NFL team.

A&M going to the SEC had been amazing, not just for A&M, or the SEC, but from a sociological perspective. The longhorn meltdown has been steadily moving along to the point that they are looking like little bitches who try to talk big.

They now resemble man behind the curtain in the Wizard of Oz.

Now you're mixing your metaphors and your UTs. Leave Dolly alone!

Besides, it's impossible for Dolly's rack to fall just like it's impossible for her hair to gray. Don't you know anything?

Wai.....Wut. I am def. out of the loop then. C'est la vie.
Some where deep inside my brain I think this was an attempt to get people pissed at aTm so they could renew their rivalry. Or just some random fricktards at UT. neither would surprise me.
