Whenever my team is 1-4 in the last 5 against another team I also like to bring up those meaningful games played back in the 80's.

Be friends?

Lets at least keep it in the 90s. That '93 game sure was a close one, y'all kept it within 73.

6 Wins in our last 8 games.

Looks like we hit 75. Percent.

After losing JM the offense will take a step back. It might not be much of a step but their offense is gonna lose some production.

The key is defense. If the defense doesn't improve I could see them at 6-6

First JFF won the Hiesmam in 2012..

Secondly they will struggle mightily this year and Sumlin will have to be on his A game to keep his recruiting class together after the season..

Will be fun to watch to see if he's up for it.

I was always told surface figs were dumb. But really do you honestly believe this?

or you could just say that in the last couple of years which are likely the only ones even remotely relevant, that we played each other pretty well and are 1-1.

both of us roll a new QB and both have some big expectations and a few question marks, if you want to bookmark a prediction, fine, you have a 50/50 shot of getting it right.

Why in the heck does it matter?
Good Lord, some of y'all would argue with a fencepost.

Mizzou has definitely had the upper-hand over us for the past couple of years--congrats to your team.

Well it matters because we're in the SEC,, you know, the conf you helped us get in to?

With all the unknown variables it's clearly worth a long drawn out detailed comparison of teams, or none at all, but not much in between.

Hell I'm really more interested if Bowen Loftin spills the beans on bevo's dirty tricks book, or how much Baylor and TTech worked the politics in Austin to keep bevo out of the PAC.

I find it interesting that Slive pulled A&M into the west right before JFF became the starter. He essentially denied them a national championship in 2012 by pulling that move.

You can't tell me that 2012 A&M wouldn't have wrecked shite in the Big 12 that year.

As far as this year goes, the LSU, Alabama, Miss. State, and Ole Miss are gonna be some UGLY losses for A&M. State had a legit nasty defense and those bitches can't wait to feast on some overhyped A&M freshman.

LSU will bitch slap A&M as always. Without JFF, no worries for the Tide. Coker is gonna rush and pass for 200 each that game.

Ole Miss and Dr. Bro have gotten so close in recent years. This year, the doctor finally dials up a cure for the sickness that is A&M. OM wins by 17.

Our schedule is not very bad. We will get to 6 wins I think, so we will likely get a bowl.

I can say without a doubt that our Defense will be improved. Our recruiting dominance will start to pay off on that side of the ball. We have some top level talent finally.

I think our O will still be productive. Sumlin's Offense always puts points up. It is just too easy to score (and part of the reason JFF and guys like Case Keenum had such crazy numbers.)

If we are 75% as productive as the JFF version of our O, and 50% improved on D, we might even get 10 wins! I am not holding my breath. I'll call it a rebuilding year.

I won't say we will suck. We will have some close games.

Actually, I CAN tell you that theres no way A&M would have wrecked shop under your scenario.

1. No SEC move, no firing of Mike Sherman.

2. Mike Sherman as head coach = Jameill Showers at QB, someone other than Mike Evans at WR, Damontre Moore still at LB. Johnny Manziel transfers.

3. Mike Sherman as head coach, 4 losses minimum in 2012.
