Feldman's Week One Heisman Top Five:

1. DE Myles Garrett - Texas A&M
2. RB Derrick Henry - Alabama
3. QB Josh Rosen - UCLA
4. QB Malik Zaire - Notre Dame
5. QB Trevone Boykin - TCU

I'd be excited if he hadn't picked Fournette in the preseason last year.

The leading contenders haven't played yet.

Week 1 is not the time you want to be leading the Heisman race.

If Donkey Kong Suh didn't win it, Garrett doesn't have anything resembling a shot.

He might make it to New York, but come on...

Henry and Zaire are the only ones that will be invited to NYC.

He may be the best player in the country on a team with the two best defensive ends in the country, but voters are shy about a defensive player for the Heisman. I still like Chubbs chances as well.

I agree. I want to see him against a vet tackle though.

We saw that last year against an LSU tackle that went undrafted.

Garrett spent the whole game on his back.

All we heard was MG was overrated. Now it's "two new tackles". Hmmmmm. The MFer is really good....that I know. He's also gonna make a shite ton of cash pretty damn soon. He will be the 1st overall pick in the 2017 draft.
