It's a mandatory arrest in some states, not sure about Texas

If the mods on this site were worth a damn, they would force the OP to change his lying post. The implication of AGAIN is that Speedy has been arrested before, and that's false. If the mods were worth a damn, they wouldn't let people post lies about players getting arrested.
