Texas A&M to sue Alabama for the use of L5U.

After Texas A&M swept LSU 5 years in a row during the 90s, we began to refer them as L5U. We feel this is our intellectual property, much like use of the term 12th man.
Bama fans this is your chance to cease and desist use of the term L5U. Also, Arkansas fans, we will not allow you use of this term either if you happen to win 5 in row for the Boot.
However, Bama fans, L6U is wide open. 6 games in a row was beyond our ability.

Well, shite has changed since the 90s. I will give you some examples.
1. aTm got a train run on them so many times in the Big 12 that they fled to the SEC.
2. LSU has amassed multiple Natty's.
3. aTm hasn't beaten LSU in my son's lifetime.

What if LSU chooses to refer to themselves as L5U in conversations regarding 5 wins in a row against TAMU? Would that result in a lawsuit?

Believe me, I am all too aware. To make it worse, before I went to Ole Miss the only team I rooted for was vandy.
