It reads like satire to me and it literally looks like something from the onion.

A&M no longer sponsors draggieland.
There are no male cheerleaders at A&M. Matter of fact, there are not any school sponsored cheerleaders at A&M. The only cheerleaders at A&M are a privately funded professional cheer squad. The group has won three national championships.
