Good school... pretty conservative as far as universities go these days. Not a fan of Jimbo...I get that. Fast talking, used car salesman vibes, but pretty sure he's temporary.

I can honestly say I'd have no problem at all with the Aggies and count them as a great addition to the SEC...but only if they'd end that incredibly gay Yell Leaders crap. I know it's been around over 100 years, but none of their fans can ever say that doesn't look homosexual
as f@ck.

Actually, you'd be wrong. Several on this site have claimed they get the most women on campus (which... wow) LINK

Seems as though we have a lot of insecure dudes mocking guys who more than likely pulled a lot more women than they could dream of while in school

I’m guessing you aren’t a Veteran, I’m also guessing the Yell leaders get far more women than you do

As cringe as y’all may think the Yell Leaders are, they pretty much have their choice of women at A&M.

They aren’t bad people by any means, just their posturing compared to real accomplishments is absurdly disproportionately. They are the worse nationally in that sense, so they become easy targets.

Good folks. Easy target. Somebody needs to teach them not to lead with their face.

I like Aggies. Salt of the Earth people. It’s just fun breaking their balls a little.

Aggies are great people individually.

As a group, they are strange.

This in a nutshell.

And obviously the latter part is only a problem if anyone normal has to witness the group at things such as sporting events, weddings, family gatherings, out in the neighborhood, etc.

I feel the same way and I’m an Aggie. A lot of the traditions are 50-75 years old and should go.

As for yell leaders, 20 years ago they seemed like normal people. They didn’t make videos, they didn’t have personalities. They just called yells. That’s it.

Somehow in the past 5-10 years, they’ve been reduced to a bunch of metro-homos who say stupid shite and act queer. I really don’t know who is directing them, but they live in a silo with no outside perception or feedback.

I’m embarrassed frankly.

We own more real estate in the collective mind of tRant than all other SEC schools combined.

It just is what it is.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's not like this place produces Nobel Laureates.
