that's not a fraternity house. It's an off campus house on south side just south of the stadium. The guys who live there are probably in a fraternity though

A fraternity house is not the same as a house where four guys in the same fraternity live

I wouldn't know but I'm sure a "frat house" is a house owned by the frat, not four random frat stars
