Another female victim has come forward, as has her mother, with claims that her physical assault at the hands of Demond Demas were ignored by Texas A&M football coaches, even after presenting photo evidence of the assault(s).

A&M coaches ignoring woman abuse, with photo evidence.

quote:

Turk reported Demas’s alleged multiple assaults to A&M police in November 2020.

A little more than a year ago Turk’s mother, Iesha Turk, tried reaching out to the A&M football program to discuss Demas’ alleged abuse of her daughter. She specifically tried contacting Dameyune Craig, who is Demas’s position coach.

Brianna said Craig had shown up to Demas’ apartment in November 2020 to visit with Demas about the receiver leaving an Aggies practice early and saying he intended to transfer because of lack of playing time.

After Craig left, Brianna said Demas abused her worse than before — including the choking and leaving her with a scratched, bloody leg and a black eye.

“No one ever reached out (from A&M football), and I had sent them a picture of her (bruised) face,” Iesha said. “I have never heard back from anyone from the football staff.”

This filth has been going on for well over a year now, which an eventual assault on another woman could have been prevented had the appropriate action been taken.

Apparently, optics and playing time were more important.

Disgusting.

That sounds like a recurring thing for Jimbo.

Sounds like some calls and visits to the REAL police should have been made.

The coaches shoulda, coulda, if woulda, but his 'alleged assault' on her had turned criminal.

unless the women have a money angle, I cant imagine why they were'nt going to the police instead of the coaches

Same type of thing happened at Florida State constantly, especially in the years after the title.

He’s removed from the program.

A&M fans trying to deflect the constant crime of their alums on LSU will never go out of style.

Guice’a charges were dropped though, if you were really wondering.

As another poster previously stated, this is definitely not the first crime that Jimbo Fisher has attempted to cover up.

The last one settled for nearly 1 million dollars, after FSU won the championship, of course.

Nah dude. There are lots of reasons why women don't come forward.

Least of which is not the fact that by going through the legal process the victim has to re-live the rape repeatedly.

…ever heard of jurisdiction?

quote:

Demas’s apartment complex is on A&M property, so she had to go to university police to file a report, because it fell under their jurisdiction.

To be fair, Jimbo had an "arrangement" with the Tallahassee police to protect his criminal players as much as possible.

No reason to believe he doesn't have the same in Coward Station.

Dude is basically a crime boss.

Even crime bosses are against assault on women and they certainly wouldn’t ignore it.

First rape, now abuse.

…lack of institutional control… here come the NCAA. Millions and millions squandered down a rat hole. Oh, well…

It is a really good thing they have a clean record with the NCAA, no violations or probation in the last ten or 20 years or so. Otherwise, well…

The Brazos County district attorney’s office declined to pursue charges at that time, citing a lack of overall evidence and a “she said/he said” circumstance, a law enforcement official said.

So she has photographic evidence, but not good enough photographic evidence for a DA to prosecute? I'm skeptical.

quote:

“No one ever reached out (from A&M football), and I had sent them a picture of her (bruised) face,” Iesha said. “I have never heard back from anyone from the football staff.”

Why would you expect a football team to step in for a crime the DAs office can't prosecute? That's like begging for a lawsuit from him, imo.

quote:

“At the time I wasn’t so forthcoming, I just didn’t want to deal with it,” Brianna said. “I didn’t want to press charges … I was going through a lot and didn’t want anybody to know about it at the time — I just needed time.

And then it all comes together. How do we know she's being "forthcoming" now?
