The only bad thing about the Alabama job is that it's in Alabama

Let's recap: Thread is about T Saban buying property in LA. I make a joke about Bama coaches owning BR for 40 years. Bryant, Stallings... hell even Perkins and Curry never lost there.

And your best comeback is subtracting the 60s and 70s, all just to say LSU has kept the series CLOSE since 1980?

You started spouting off records. I simply pointed out that the LSU/Bama series has hardly been lopsided since most of us were born.

Just curious, you don't think maybe he has three degrees because one is a bachelors, one is a masters and one is a PhD? Or does that not matter because you are so bad arse that you only needed one?

Baton Rouge, Tuscaloosa and Auburn are all pretty crappy places to live outside of being in college.

I will say that's not true. I have lived in Tuscaloosa my whole life and there is nothing crappy about this town. Yes there are some places in town that are not very nice but every city has those. There have been millions of dollars invested in building Midtown Shopping Center and bringing in nice new businesses for shopping and commerce. Since the tornado there has been improvements made and even more plans presented on how to make things more attractive for businesses to come here.

They are about to tear down the old McFarland Mall to make room for a new shopping center which will include two new restaurants and other well known shopping businesses want to come. Also, I saw after lunch today that construction will begin after 2013 gets here on a new 43,000 sq ft Gander Mountain outdoors store.

As I said, I've lived here my whole life and I know plenty of people that have moved here from other states and cities and they love it and feel as though it's a very nice city. In fact Tuscaloosa won an award in 2011 for most livable city and in 2010 we were on the list of top 100 cities for young people.

There have been other awards but these are just two of the ones we have been recognized for. So yeah Tuscaloosa is such a crap hole .

Everyone knows Terry loves Baton Rouge and everyone in town loves her and the girls . Maybe trouble on the marriage front, the cleveland deal is real, one of the girls may want to move there, etc. Terry Saban and the girls are always welcome with open arms in Baton Rouge at any time. Nick not so much.

Could that mean it was Terry and the governor's wife? I am sure you have heard that rumor about Saban.
