First I'd like to say that I am just as excited as anyone about LF and his potential for greatness.

Now...

Terrence Magee is going quietly rack up 1200+ yds this coming season while splitting carries.

At years end LSU will be sending another productive and gifted back to play on Sundays and no one will be asking Terrance who!

LF will be a beast, but yeah, I don't think he'll be leading rusher.

fwiw I agree with you. People are overlooking Magee in light of Fournette signing.

Auburn going in dry on LSU this year. We just need more 3rd downs against Chavis.

It should be a productive year for him. I'd imagine that since you might be starting a true freshman at quarterback there will be a lot of carries for the running backs. I think both Bama and LSU will go back to being primarily ground and pound teams this year.

Good luck facing 8/9-man fronts with no QB play

Yep. You almost never hear mention of TM,its like he got lost somewhere between how good Jeremy Hill was last year and how good Fournette has the potential to become going forward.
TM had some impressive runs last year and this year he will get more touches behind a sturdier line in what looks to be a run heavy offense.
I just have a feeling that this kid is going to have a huge year.

He'll get around 800-900, but Fournette will show you from day one why Magee is nowhere near his league.

I hope you are right and you probably are. I am really just trying to temper my expectations of our young guys. FWIW there are 4 freshman in this class who IMO could be truly great. I am excited no doubt.

Oh & just to keep this thread fully SEC related...
