No way this cat is better than Clowney or Jones...no way in hell. You have to love all the hype, ND could shite on a stack of Bibles and the media would still think they are the greatest ever.

Please Bama, crush these yankees for the love of all things good and right!

If frickin' Derrick MF'n Thomas could only place 10th in the Heisman after racking up:

27 sacks
42 TFL
45 QB hurries
88 solo tackles
4 blocked kicks
1 safety

Hands down the most dominating season any defensive player has ever had. RIP

My favorite argument so far is still this:

quote:
Manti Te'O 2012
Stats... 103 tackles, 52 solo, 51 assts...TFL,5.5...Sacks 1.5... Int's, 7...Fumble recovery, 1...
Heisman finalist...

Tony Taylor UGA LB, 2006
stats... 96 tackles, 65 solo, 31 assts...TFL, 7.5... Sacks 3... Int's 7... Fumble recovery, 3...
Second Team ALL-SEC...

CJ Mosely UA LB, 2012
stats... 99 tackles, 61 solo, 38 assts...TFL 4.0...Sacks 4... Int's 2... Fumble recovery, 1

He made a game saving play against Georgia in the National Championship game and he's about to pillage the golden domers.

As much as i hate to say it, it was a thing of beauty to see the alabama offensive line block the dogs. Georgia could not get off those blocks to save there life. I want to see how Te'o will fare against the tides o-line.

This is from another post I made tonight but numbers don't lie. Te'o is more like Ogletree than Jones. Last time I checked Ints were not the most important stat especially for a LB.

Jarvis Jones (11 games)
TFL - 22.5 (1st in the nation)
Tackles - 77 (not in top 100)
FF - 7 (1st)
Sacks - 12.5 (4th)
Int - 1 (not in the top 100)

Manti Te'o (12 games)
TFL - 5.5 (not in the top 100)
Tackles - 103 (60th)
FF - 0 (not in the top 100)
Sacks - 1.5 (not in the top 100)
Int - 7 (2nd)

Alec Ogletree (9 games)
TFL - 8.5 (not in the top 100)
Tackles - 98 (74th)
FF - 0 (not in the top 100)
Sacks - 2 (not in the top 100)
Int - 1 (not in the top 100)

Heard he was getting an ESPY for that unbelievable goal line stand.

I'm going out on a limb and guessing Tino Sunseri had a lot to do with Teo's interception stat line.

These stats put DT's stats into perspective.

I am convinced DT was a damn alien put on Earth to kill quarterbacks.
