Fulmer: 24-15
Kiffin: 12-21
Dooley: 17-20

Way to go, Vols!

I think TN will be happy with Dooley.

I was shocked to see Dooley went 4-8 this past season at La. Tech.

That's what scares me about him...

Dooley will turn out to be a good coach.

Tennessee would have been better off in the long run putting up with Fulmer for a couple more years. He would have bowed out sooner or later.

Who where we going to get a few days before NSD? I'm not trying to be a jerk,I'm being serious. The timing was just horrible, and we are paper thin as far as depth, plus most coaches don't care to come to Tennessee and face the likes of LSU,Bama,Auburn, and Florida.

I think that's the real reason that Boy Blunder headed west. His bluster and bravado would not have lasted much more than a couple of years before it became clear that he has no clue.

Wouldn't have had to worry about it if Tennessee hadn't treated Phil the way they did. AD's seem to do it all the time, and it never works.

It didn't work for LSU when they pushed Mac out, it won't work for Florida State, and it isn't working for Tennessee.

Meanwhile, Penn State was in the Rose Bowl last year.

And AU beat all three of them in the last two seasons.

For comparative purposes, we only beat 10 other HCs over that same stretch. Two of whom were at 1-AA schools, and at least two others were fired since then (besides Fulmer).

UT didn't treat Fulmer bad. He was running the program into the ground and refused to acknowledge or fix it.

Go to your job, stop producing, whine and cry and point fingers at everyone else and see how long you are employed.

How has firing that guy worked out for Tennessee?

I feel like I'm arguing with a Kentucky fan.

Congratulations on your winning season.

Excuses, excuses. LSU's 2nd string QB should still be better than Tech's 1st string
