I wish I shared your optimism and anything can happen....but I don't see it.

We will not get thrashed by 30-40, we are much better than last year, but they are going to whip us up front.

Close halfway through the 3rd, but they put it away...38-20 Sooners

Oklahoma is trailer trash that has to tie the trailers down to keep them from getting blown away.

Vols need to get physical with them, because Stoops will absolutely run up the score if he gets the chance.

Very true. Nothing Big Mouth Bob would love more than to run the score up on an SEC team. If y'all don't play well he is going to try to embarrass you.

I'm glad UT fans have something to be proud about but they might want to pump the brakes a bit.

No, just no. If I had to point to one SEC team that is routinely disappointing in OOC games, that team would be Tennessee. I usually applaud schools for taking on challenging schedules, but taking on tough teams is one thing, winning them is another. If Tennessee has a tough OOC opponent, that matchup invariably ends in a loss for the Vols.

Please note that Tennessee is one of my favorite teams other than LSU, and I genuinely want them to succeed. My dad was born there and rooted for the Vols all his life. I just wish the Vols would wait a bit before playing such challenging schedules, and stop playing over their head until they have the roster to meet such challenges.

This is not a flame, just me venting frustration at overly ambitious scheduling. I'll be rooting for the Vols to beat the Sooners, but I won't be surprised if that game turns out badly in the end.

As much as I would love for Oklahoma to lose, we would hear nothing but UT will beat Bama this year, justified by the bowl game loss and their win.

Actually, screw it. I hope UT beats Bobby. It would hype the UA UT game up for the first time in like 7 years or more. Would make our win worth more.

They will beat them in what?

Tennessee has the edge on fans eating pre-game Cracker Barrel.
