Tennessee scared the NCAA off the SEC's back..now they are playing tough with the BIG12

Since the SEC will no longer tolerate the biased enforcement of the NCAA, they have moved to weaker conferences.
NCAA drops penalties on ASU
The BIG needs to strap on their balls and strip the NCAA of the rest of their power.
