9 point game is hardly trouncing

Not like anybody was rolling points up on Vandy this season in the SEC

+3 win by South Carolina
+7 win by Florida
+7 win by Kentucky
+1 win by Vanderbilt (over Georgia)
+7 win by Auburn
+9 win by Missouri
+21 win by Vanderbilt (over Ole Miss)

There was GT and the triple option. I still have no idea what happened. Some games, everything just goes the hell for no reason.

In a game with nothing at stake except pride, because UF locked up the east? Where Vandy is fighting for bowl eligibility?

I would say there's more at stake than pride. I think winning this game and a Sugar Bowl trip is a pretty big deal. You don't think so?

This could be the SECE game of the year. Vols 9+pt. favorites. Superior talent vs. superior coaching for Tennessee State Championship...

Because that's where UGA ended up in 2012? Oh wait...

Yes UT could have a let down for sure and drop this game.

Yes, I sure am. I think we should consider a forfeit. We already have so many injured student-athletes, and Vandy is likely to kill some of our remaining student-athletes.

If Florida beats FSU and loses a close one to Bama yes they will be in the Sugar bowl (assuming Auburn loses to Bama).

If Bama loses to UF they will be in playoff still (assuming they beat Auburn).

If Auburn beats Bama and UF loses to Bama, Auburn will go to the Sugar bowl.

If FSU beats UF, Auburn loses to Bama and Bama beats UF then TN likely will go to the Sugar Bowl. Unless A&M beating LSU has them jump way up which I doubt.

Expect UT to give up another 400 rushing yards, but we've won the last two handily despite the lack of run defense. Vandy defense won't allow us to score 60+ points though. Should be a close one.

During one of the games on CBS this year, Gary Danielson said that the Vols could score at will, which we did against Mizzoo and should do against Vandy also. Taking care of the football will be imperative though.

I doubt they're scared. But Vandy is playing really well right now.

This week after beating Ole Miss by 21 "Vandy is playing really well right now". Last week after giving MIZZOU their only SEC win of the season, "Vandy sucks and Mason will be fired at the end of the season".

Vandy is truly the Jeckyll/Hyde team of the year in the SEC.

Vandy is bowl eligible now since 5-7 teams can go if there are not enough 6-6 teams (there will not be)
