I will say, Butch's 2013 class was very similar to Bert's 2014 class (ratings-wise).

Of course, Butch had only been in place a couple of months before the 2013 signing day. Sill, it isn't accurate to say that he hasn't had a recruiting class that was as lowly rated as Bert's '14 class.

Arky will likely go 3-9 (0-8 SEC) again in 2014, but it's not Bert's fault. He needs more time to implement his system.

ETA: UCLA, OU, UGA, Michigan, Mizzou, Boise State, and BYU all have 5.
