Meh, most OM fans I know think 8-9 wins. Fairly realistic IMO.

Any list without Alabama is crap. I get why they would be left off..#1 or not, they ARE the strongest program right now...have been for 6 years...so Bama thinks they are badass and they are...they are also, in my opinion, the best program in history and they know that too...so what's delusional about that? Nothing. It's the imaginary national championships that have to put them in the top 10. No one else in the SEC does this...legit question though, do any other programs other than Alabama just sort of award themselves national championships and beat their chests about them? Follow up question, is there any other program where it was less necessary? That is a definite NO.

My advice, Bama, would be just to rip the bandaid off...demand that the PR department just make a correction. Folks will have a laugh and then it will be over...then Bama is the best now, and the best historically, no asterisk, no punchline. Just the best.

The same media that are predicting Arkansas and Tennessee to win their divisions are the same ones saying we are delusional.

They didn't include Mizzou on the list because they stand alone in delusion.
They lucked up and caught the East in a down period and think they are an elite team.
Once the East regains it's footing, Mizzou will be down there with UK and Vandy.

Bingo. We've had entire threads devoted to nothing but fan predictions, and with the exception of a few whackos, just about everyone from both our fanbases has predicted 8-4/9-3.
The media creates the hype, then just in case they're wrong, blames the hype they themselves created on the fans. All it does it perpetuate a false narrative, AND IT frickING PISSES ME OFF

UT and UF will regain their footing and the UT/UF game will once again decide the East.
