The really hot cool dance team girl I mentioned earlier that I screwed up a relationship with was a Phi Mu. Our relationship was the opposite of most. Hot and heavy and basically live together for 3 solid months without REALLY discussing our relationship instead of the other way around. She brought up the subject and I tried to be billy badass and be the dismissive ahole type telling her I liked her a lot but insinuated I didn't want to be TOO serious. What a frickin dumb### move on my part at the time.

My worst regret is that I have never tailgated or partied in Tuscaloosa. I usually stay in Birmingham, drive in, GTFO

THE BARN
I don't have any regrets here except never actually stopping by Toomer's Corner on my lone visit.
FLORIDA
You know the one hot girl you see in your life that you wish you had spoken to, the one you think about years later and would give anything to see again. First time to Gainesville, saw her. Smoking hot, worked at Salty Dog. Holy cow WLTHI. I don't even know her name. This is like 2005. I wish I would have at least gotten her name to Facebook creep, but alas...
GEORGIA
Going to Athens four times and have never partied or tailgated there. Needs to happen.
KENTUCKY
Was in town to cover Tennessee-UK football mid-decade. Went with some old Fraternity brothers to Varsity Blue. A fight broke out involving some friends and members of the Wildcats' baseball team. I had a small cut on my right cheek and a busted lip upon entrance to the press box the following morning. Made for great coffee and Krispy Kreme conversation.
LSU
Was in college when I went down to the Rouge. Had just turned 21. Partying with some fellow Sigs down there and... Megan from Metairie. Fred's. ... A shot of penicillin and Q-Tip with cream up a part of the male anatomy later.
MISS. STATE
Never been. Never plan to. No offense Cowbells.
OLE MISS
My biggest regret is not staying longer in the Grove. Spent 30 minutes walking through and admiring during my one visit there, but didn't really get to take it in. The scenery was phenomenal.
TENNESSEE
Let's see... Where to begin...
When I was 19, in college elsewhere, went down and tailgated with some of my Fraternity buddies and had this bigger Sigma Kappa offer some sort of favor at our tent. She thought I was cute. I was drunk and off we went back to her dormitory... She was a prominent lineman's girlfriend (he had a couple at the time so I'm told) and I had no idea. She wasn't hot. I was drunk and it is what it is. Anyways, He caught wind and I met him face to chest after that game at what used to be BAR Knoxville.
Still baffles me. He was with a different girl at this point. Needless to say, I got the hell out of Knoxville and didn't return until he left for the league. I'm not going to give a name away, but one funny story involving the guy as a UT player includes him getting whipped on the practice field, getting so mad he ran off and then brought a sharp object of some sort onto the field to threaten Will Ofenhuesle(?) before Fulmer chased his arse back to the locker room area. Has a professional reputation as a face stomper and lazy arse.
SOUTH CAROLINA
Heavy drinking with some alum buddies from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. prior to a night game that I was covering for my paper at the time. I passed out snoring twice during the first half. The SID told me to get my shite together or I would be asked to leave. I did. Very sobering. Was quite embarrassing and cost me a job at a paper in S.C. that I had applied for at the time.
VANDY
Getting so drunk I took home a girl as wide as a truck door. There was photo evidence in the very early days of Facebook at one point. I don't care if she's now a surgeon. WTF was I thinking?

Banging a Phi Mu in the middle of the front lawn of a TKE party in 1982 and getting pulled off her before I got off on my own. (and this was 100 percent consentual.)
Nothing like standing in the front yard of your frat with with an unrequited woody and a willing bitch.
