I lived there for years (San Marco, Southside, beach). Not trying to crap on the city, but seeing as how Ponte Vedra, Amelia, World Golf Village, St Aug etc is very close I do not see a reason to live in Jacksonville with the money he is spending.
FWIW I would love to have a place in St Aug and currently have a rental condo in PV, so it doesn't have to do with me not being from there.

Longer than that.
David Garard won the job by making one read and then tucking and running. When they had him stop that and become a drop back passer he went downhill quick.
Tebow could have done what Garard did to win the job. Read, tuck and run. It worked for David and would have worked similarly with Tim.

Well, that's not impossible security. YOu can be buzzed in and obviously they host events that require the guards to let folks in that are supposed to be there.
