While I think this is true, we all knew that Ole Miss was overrated so I'm not sure how much I would read into this game. Bo Wallace is not a top 10 QB and the Ole Miss OL is not very good.

Ole Miss are ranked 9th, I think that's about where they should be. TCU should be ranked 4th imo, even though I think they may be the 3rd best team in the country.

Committee took easy path. Baylor and TCU are both better than FSU and OSU. But the committee would have been blasted if they had left out undefeated defending champs. OSU was the easy answer to the Baylor TCU question. once all the games were played and they had 1 spot for those 3 teams, it was obvious who they would go with. Which is a damn shame because the ACTUAL teams aren't close. OSU would get eaten alive by either.

I agree with this. The TCU vs Baylor debate can be defended with either on top. They both should have been in play offs with Oregon and Bama. But politics prevailed.

The Big 12 has no legs to stand on today. TCU has looked great, but Texas, OU, and WVU all got beaten thoroughly.

I'm not saying the B1G has looked great but come on

I agree. The committee's " start over every week " opened the door for somebody to get screwed.
I saw it coming a few weeks before the regular season ended, the way Ohio St. moved up so quickly.
They should take all conference winners plus the highest rated and make it 8. The Big 12 would have to expand back to 12 and play a championship game like everybody else.
