We were setting up our equipment for a basketball game at the Superdrum and our designated spot on press row was right next to her designated spot. She came over and introduced herself and welcomed us, instead of blowing us off like probably any other reporter would do
I don't see what is so far fetched about that
And I didn't get fired, I moved on to bigger and better things

Well, what she did (in game interview saying "your pitcher has a no hitter going") is simply not done. It's not the reason, but it still sucked. I can't even image if someone has done that to us and we lost.
