I guess this “basketball school” fan didn’t realize Nelson is from North Dakota, so his Alabama “inbred red neck” insult misses the mark there

This kinda stuff is so petulant

They don’t hate him because he looks “redneck”, they hate him because they watched him clown their McDonald’s all Americans.

Basketball is an absolutely brutal sport to be a serious fan of a top tier team.

I'll tell you, I spent enough time working with different national guardsmen across the country to tell you that country bumpkins/rednecks span this great country.

I think I'll have a bacot, lettuce & tomato sammich for a late night snack.

Wash it down with some sweet n salty unc tears.

Also, Laettner was one of my favorites from the Duke dynasty.

That's hilarious. Especially since Bacot looks like he's missing a chromosome.

I hate to break this to you but have you ever been to North Dakota?

The good news is us backwood folks are the ones who make this country run

What's funny is this pastie white beta male wouldn't dare criticize a black player in that way. I'm glad Nelson had a great game! From one Redneck to another!

I know they’re country too but the dakotas/wyoming/Montana have more of a lumberjack/cowboy type of country than a good ol southern “redneck”

Very similar, but the term redneck is usually used to insult southern folk, not really for those in the Midwest.

Someone from North Carolina would likely be considered more of a “red neck” than someone from North Dakota.
