Aggies, what happened to "Any time any place" ?

UT's position has never changed on resuming the series. But suddenly, "any time any place" has morphed into "oh no, they might beat us again and remind us who we really are". Hell, you've out-recruited Texas for a few years, you are putting guys in the NFL more than before, what's up? What is driving the fear?

Why the frick are you and so many other Texas fans on this board? I don't give a frick what Big 12 fans talk about on their own boards.

Well, when we first left we were open to playing the game and the SEC was willing to accommodate. Hence, any time any place.

Then Texas left us on the altar for two years with no indications that the game would ever resume. Eventually we moved on to a new commitment (LSU T-Day) after warning Texas that once that happened we no longer were going to have that day open.

What were we supposed to do, sit around next to the phone waiting for Texas to call like a bunch of chumps?

No way, we moved on like any reasonable person would do in a relationship when one side ignores the other.

The real question is:

Why do you care if Aggy wants to play Texas? Don't yall have more exciting upgrades to play on Thanksgiving Day?

He's now the chancellor of the University of Missouri.

You don't get to change the rules just because your home schedule looks like our 2014 nonconference schedule.
