7(Talent) to 3(Experience)
A player that's not that talented can have all the experience in the world and still be bad. An extremely talented player can make more plays without experience than an experienced player without talent.
It varies from position to position but overall talent is twice as important as experience.

If it helps, my question is more for the purpose of trying out my spreadsheet skills preseason and see how it goes through the season.
One team's starting roster looks like senior, senior, junior, senior, junior but they are all 3 and 4 star guys.
The other team looks like senior, sophomore, junior, freshman, senior, but they are all 4 and 5 star guys.
In Excel, how would you weight those attributes? I have my own idea, not alot different from alot of yalls.
