LSU is going to regret this unless they have a homerun hire.
And I'm not sure that Jimbo Fisher is a homerun hire. In fact I'd go as far as to say it likely barely moves the needle.

I don't know. It's gonna cost a boatload of money, and whoever the next coach is is not guaranteed success against Saban. Kinda disgusting to squander tens of millions of dollars on something that, yes, we are all passionate about, but is ultimately just a game. And in the meantime fire a guy who has had great success, loves the university, and is an all around great guy.
