Was proven fake. No postal marks.... Address it was sent from is 95 miles away. From a flooded city..

Well neither of those are true. The barcode is a postal mark and the barcode indicated it was addressed to his address

The intelligent mail barcode is applied by the sender and not the postal service... correct??

I would venture a guess that probably 5% or so of stamped letters are delivered without cancellation marks on the stamp. I would also venture a guess that most of y'all are under 25 yrs old.
