This is never okay to do. Football means a lot of things to a lot of people. But it's not as important as someone's life.

Looks like it was written with a fountain pen or something that lets out a lot of ink. If you look closely, lots of ink smear in that writing. Agree it looks like a woman wrote it. However, the no post office stamp can just mean his neighbor put it in his mailbox
