Nothing is more aggie than A&M knowing they would have played for the national title in 2012, if they had stayed in the Big 12. However, aggies are so many generations removed from even playing in a national title game, that it seems like an unattainable goal. Sumlin will never get fired, as long as he has a winning record. The switch to the SEC will pacify 2 generations of aggies. At no school is the bar set lower.

I would disagree with you if I hadn't of seen it with my own two eyes the past few months. Their biggest accomplishment in the SEC since they've joined is hiring Chavis away from LSU.
