No they aren't. I know the ginger was a DTD at UF and has a twin brother. Had a buddy that went to UF and met them when LSU played there previously. Obviously they were dressing like that as a joke.

I think your story is wrong. They hang with the GA fans that dress up as UF fans before the game. They change to UG gear before the game starts. There's a whole group of them every year.

Could it just be an extreme aversion to cargo shorts? Bc I've heard some strong negative opinions about cargo shorts around here.

I never saw jorts when I lived in Florida. Now that I live in South Alabama, I see them pretty regularly. I actually like them because they are usually paired with some tall boots.
