Good job. I agree and do not see why LSU fans defend it. Hell an admin just deleted a post I made saying it was a sorry chant and leaving early is bad as well.
Kudos for not being a mindless sheep and just saying it is great and nothing wrong with it.

I've got mad respect for those LSU fans that discourage it. Its really not a rival thing at all. I just think its not cool on a national level, just watched a huge amount of fans do it on tv... pretty sure neck doesn't involve the head bobbing hand motion.

Then people learned the words "Talkin out the side of your neck!" and then it morphed into STTDB (but the rest of the stadium and lots of students still say the real words)

I watched the game at work with coworkers (out of state...not in SEC country) and asked my coworkers to listen and see if they could tell what people were chanting
They played it 3 times on tv and not one could tell what they were saying...it's just mumbled cheers if you don't know what you are listening for
