I think Strong is actually referring to off-field stuff, the party atmosphere of practices. Strong has that meat and potatoes persona. Sumlin is smooth and cool.
Could be wrong, just an educated but unresearched guess.
All that matters is the product, if party practice makes a better football team, who gives a s*** what the Texas or any other coach thinks.
