You should be scratching your head over this.

Obviously. I just don't know how you do a coaching search and tell the guys "You have to keep the guys that are there."
That just ain't how it works.

Me too.

In fact I think these results are excellent given that.

It would be interesting to know who they were turned down by before hiring him. I bet he was option #6.

Pretty mind boggling. I think us tying up all the assistants had something to do with it. Any splash hire we wanted couldn't take their staff.

So Les took two guys that didn't have a staff and plugged them into the vacant slots. One of which probably thought his coordinating days were over and the other was unemployed. Good luck!

IMO, Kevin & Ed will do ok at LSU. But last I looked the D wasn't the problem with your team. Unless someone rips Les' hands completely off of the offense and lets Cam do his job, I'm not sure y'all can expect a record better than 2014.

Nothing to scratch your head about.

We like our staff, like Steele, and it just so happens that the Steele option allowed us to finally bring Ed in which was a high priority in this whole transaction.

You act like none of these people are capable of designing, honing, and calling a defense that works.

You should be worried about your own program, Finebaum said that were issues with the staff at Bama, scratch on that.

I can multi-task, though. It's easy.

guess everyone will just have to wait and see. If all of us knew so much about football we wouldn't be on a fan forum we would be coaching.
