The op referred to him as giving advise to Miles, as far as play calling.

and he is good at that. What he isn't good at is being a HC. However, as an OC he is pretty good.

I think he has had more input on the offense this year than he's had credit for. After seeing him up in the booth right next to Chavis I couldn't help but think his perspective on what the opposing team is doing in offense has helped Chavis with adjustments during the game. Again JMO, but I still think he gives us an edge.
