The odds are pretty damned good it's a last name. The DMV vets these things, and if it's a last name, they'll let it through. If the person is named "Smith," they'll raise an eyebrow at this possible exhortation to "kil" someone.

Right and destroying a live oak, having a shoot out following a Bama loss, a bama housewife kamikaze bombing OU fans in a stadium, fat tub of lard, grown adults, sprinting across a football field as if a coach of a game were a god etc are classy
