As a State fan I have seen a lot of "oh so close" games and points over the years so to even make the series I am just freakin stoked. I really do feel like we are going to bring this thing home which might cause pigs to fly, the sky to fall, and all of the other WTF end of the world stuff.
Seriously though I have full confidence in this team and the coaching staff. Hail State and may this be the beginning of the rise of the Mississippi schools... except Southern Frick them.

Think about it though,
We have been making bowl games, Freeze has OM heading back in the right direction, We won the Baseball SEC tourney last year and now have a shot at a NC and OM won the Basketball Tourney this year.

Even if we weren't, I'd still say frick Southern. They're not even in the same conversation as us, yet they insist on the contrary. Y'all play them soon, right? I'm sure you'll beat them by a few touchdowns and hopefully shut them up.
