I'd put Bryant up against anyone in the league in the 40. Dude would have been on a lot more radars if he'd been from a mid delta hs.

Bryant is really fast. IIRC he beat DK Buford in every track event in HS their senior year, and DK Buford allegedly ran a 4.3 at an Ole Miss camp.
4.25 at 210 is unlikely but I have no doubt he's the fastest player on MSU's team.

Our secondary guys are no doubt physical.
Now as for blinding speed, as much as I love them, the Landshark Secondary isn't as fleet of foot as, let's say, the Florida secondary.

Batman Carroll was very fast,but that didn't translate to anything but a fast guy who sucked in the secondary.
