It's going to be funded on private donations. $20mil up front prior to groundbreaking and the rest after on PSLs...

We'll raise the first $20mil practically overnight for this... Baseball money has never been an issue for MSU and everyone is going to be ridiculously fired up about this...

Would anyone that's not a college student actually want to live there? I don't see the appeal of living there when you aren't in college. And if it's expensive I doubt many college kids can afford it

Some OT balla is going to buy them for their kids or grandkids that are students. Or buy one to use on football weekends.

People who dont live in Starkville will buy them so they can stay in them whenever they come in town.
