Starting this season, which SEC school would you hate to be a fan of?

And why?
Me - Auburn
Getting the squeeze from two biggest rivals, both of whom played in the NC.

But probably for different reasons.

MS State. A lot of room for disappointment with unprecedented expectations for a team who was 8-4 last season and going thru a coaching transition.

florida is the only answer. Upon completion of the plan to copy every single thing MS State does they determine that their coaching hire is a bust when he loses to Kentucky, Mizzou, Tennessee, gets demolished by Georgia and Lane Kiffin drags his nuts all over Mullen.

At least we beat both though
I'd go with UT. Them being a traditional power gives them the thirst and the hope for them to be good. But they've been bad or mediocre for so long

I’d second UT. It would be like being a Nebraska fan but not actually having potential

Vandy or Kentucky. No excitement. No history. Not much to look forward to.
Out of the bigger players, I would say LSU or UT. It comes down to the coaches. I do t think either are anywhere near good enough to win at a high leve. They’re both stuck in a rut for a few years before the next chapter.

Ole Miss
Just knowing you can’t play in the post season. What’s the point?

It’s less soul crushing if you never have hope

This just has written all over it...
I mean at least they could have put a laser beam on him

Probably Mississippi State.
Just lost Dan Mullen and not much to look forward to.

Honestly.. Vandy. It’s Vandy.. the school and city are great, but it would suck to be an actual Vandy football fan worse than any other school in the conference.. EVERY YEAR.

Beating overrated teams like South Carolina.

Are we talking about the whole sports calendar or just football?

True but I’m an optimist. I want something to believe in.
