Logic over facts.

Facts are meaningless sometimes. History proves this time and time again.

Exactly , I wouldn't say muschamp is the best coach but you can see a clear improvement with a mediocre coach that puts in the effort .

Gus is safe and secure. The fanbase is satisfied with the program...he met "expectations" this year.

I actually commend Alabama.

At least they know how to pay for a product unlike other institutions.

I assume there are 10 other SEC teams that need a coach more so. If not for a rash of injuries, Gus would be, once again, the only team left to stop Saban. Nice try trolio

Perfect hire for Auburn, he can bring Cam in as offensive coordinator.

I see all the AU fans have got their bullet points from Phillip Marshall's latest post.

I would love for Spurrier to go to AU.

Well after reading the thread, apparently on the OP is in lock step with PM. The rest of you better get in line.

Spurrier is old news. Doesn't have the fire he brought to Florida in 1990. Would set your program back honestly. He was great at one time, he just doesn't care enough anymore.

Spurrier was on Sports Center yesterday, talking about his house on the beach, what fun it was to go was a Florida Volleyball game and how great it was to be back home and back around the Florida football program again.

Enough emphasis on that last part I did a double take to wonder if McElwan had hired him on staff. He mentioned his wife taking cookies to the Florida players the other day.

Spurrier isn't going to Auburn.
